By accessing and using Hands (including CM-Plus and ZitQuiz), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Hands provides care management and training software designed for care organizations. Our services include:

• Form building and management tools
• Data analytics and reporting
• User management and access controls
• Data storage and backup services

As a user of CM-Plus, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly

Payment terms for CM-Plus subscriptions:

• Fees are charged monthly or annually in advance
• Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) or Euros
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

CM-Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
