Our Story
CM-Plus was born from firsthand experience in the care sector. Our founder, Sarah Johnson, spent over 15 years managing care homes and witnessed the daily struggles with outdated systems and endless paperwork.
Frustrated by the lack of purpose-built solutions for care management, she assembled a team of developers and care professionals to create something better. The result is CM-Plus - a platform designed by care workers, for care workers.
